For any surgical guide design query
Please raise your queries at Communication Tool (Zendesk) and we will reply back with the answers or with our advice; if not, the concerns could be discussed over the phone at an arranged appointment.
Surgical Guide Sleeve
We only use the original surgical guide sleeves and usually put the sleeves in the guide before we dispatch. However, you can purchase and provide the sleeves for us as well.
Can I use their normal implant surgery kit for the guided surgery?
This depends on the implant system used; the majority of implant companies have a separate guided surgery kit to be used with a surgical guide. Some companies have adaptors to turn their normal surgery kit to a guided surgery kit.
How long does it take to receive the surgical guide?
Normally, our turn-around time is 7 working days but this may be delayed due to the complexity of a case (For example: A stackable arch case) or multiple design changes of the guide.
Can you provide the temporary restorations with the surgical guide?
Yes, as part of a milling centre, we can provide whole range of temporaries to be sent with the surgical guide, as well as final restorations at a later date, as we safely store all the information concerning each case.
